Policy on the security of personal data

This Policy is prepared in compliance with the applicable Italian legislation on privacy (art. 13, D.Lgs. 30/6/2003, n. 196) and the principles developed by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and equivalent European Authorities.

The information is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the group established by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The information is provided only for the company’s website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. F.LLI TURRIZIANI S.R.L. (Data Controller, hereinafter also “the company”) informs that during the navigation carried out starting from the address https://www.turriziani.it corresponding to the home page of the official website of the company, System logs are automatically collected that can be directly or indirectly referred to the navigator, in particular:

• the page of provenance;
• the type of browser and operating system used by the browser.

These data are only used for monitoring the activities carried out on the website owned by the company. • not to use automatic procedures for data collection (e.g. cookies).

The personal data expressly provided by users who send requests for information material are used for the sole purpose of responding to the request and are communicated to third parties involved in the processing of the request. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to communications via e-mail, as well as any other personal data included in the email.

Specifications Privacy policies (art. 13, D.Lgs. 196/2003) are viewed from time to time on the pages of the site containing requests for personal data. The website is protected by special security measures, always in line with technological progress and the evolution of IT risks; the specific security measures observed for the management of the website are contained in the page “Terms of use” by F.LLI TURRIZIANI S.R.L.

We inform you that, despite the company does everything reasonably possible to protect the site and any personal data provided by surfers, At the current state of the technology it is not possible to completely avoid the risk of security in the navigation or transmission of data via e-mail: no transmission via the Internet or e-mail can ever be said to be perfectly safe or error-free.
